You can easily click and drag them into your scenes.

These are all turbosmooth ready, just apply it with 1/2 iterations and you are good to go!

In 3dsMax go to Customize > Configure System Paths > 3rd Party Plug-ins

Add the Kitbash Directory to the list and restart Max.

DONE!

You should be able to see the items in the dropdown at Create > Geometry Menu
